Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Lindsay is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in family systems, relationships, and trauma. Her passion is working with clients at the intersection of love, sex, relationships, and creative expression. Clients see Lindsay to work through life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and parenthood adjustment. Lindsay loves the energy of working with people through the crux of life change.

Lindsay is committed to a life lived according to values, goals, passion, and love. Through a variety of coaching options, she walks her clients through a process of self-definition on the path to greater relationship and life satisfaction. Whether you’re finally ready to commit to loving relationships and great sex but don’t know where to start, or you need some coaching to work through ending a relationship, or moving on after loss, Lindsay will be with you. Lindsay welcomes all relationship styles and structures in her work with clients.

Lindsay sees clients in the office, over the phone/video, on a running trail, or in the outdoors.

 

Education and Training

    • Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Seattle University
    • Trained in Bowen Family Systems theory
    • Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy

Personal

Outside the office, Lindsay values time spent outdoors running, hiking, backpacking, and climbing. She loves music, movement and performance art. She loves to adventure on her own and with her children, and her experience in motherhood brings empathy and perspective to her clinical work.
